Everybody wants a better lifestyle but therein issue is lack of time. Since becoming fit is not just a piece of cake. You can’t improve your fitness by popping a pill, sprinkling protein powder over your food or drinking a special shake. There is no magic wand to make you fit for all of your life.

If you want to get fit very quick then you must be in your right weight. However, if you need to drop a few pounds, trying to lose weight too fast won’t do you much good. Go for the diet through which you can loose 1/2 to 1 pound in a week as it is a safe number. To achieve this you have to reduce your calorie intake by 250 to 1000 calorie per day. Make a rough idea 9f how much calorie you intake and then adjust your intake accordingly. If you somehow eaten more calorie than you have to burn those calorie through exercise.
Eat food which is good for your body and mind.
When you exercise you lose energy and to regain it you need food. SO, eat only those food which can help you build your strength that is, eat protien rich food or any type of food which supports your energy need and help you to grow muscles. This does not mean that you have to limit your diet whithi eggwhite, steak and brown rice. Make a healthy diet which should include seasonal fruits and vegetables and whole grains, less dairy products and lean protiens etc. Eat regularly and do not skip any meal as this can affect your exercise as you need energy to exercise. You’ll have a better workout when your body is properly fueled, according to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Be independent of processed foods
Do not rely on processed foods as they are very bad for your health. When you know what to eat then it is equally important to know what you should not eat to stay fit. According to a 2011 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, certain types of foods are linked to weight gain, including potato chips, sweetened drinks such as soda and juice and processed meats such as bacon and pepperoni. Do not eat fast food, bread and these type of things when you exercise daily and wanted to get fit quickly. Limit the intake of fat as they are like venom for the body of people who exercise regularly or go to gym.
HIIT means High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Doing HIIT regularly will reduce your abdominal fat while retaining your abdominal mass. It is also helpful for your cardiac health as it will make your heart more efficient and make you fast and quick in daily works. The American College of Sports Medicine says you burn 6 to 15 percent more calories those two hours following HIIT.
To build muscle go for the strength training
Doing cardio exercise is good but increasing your strength by building muscles is also equally important. You should increase your exercise time’s length just to increase your limits. Building muscles will make your body to stay in shape and will give you extra strength.
