Eat food which is good for your body and mind.

When you exercise you lose energy and to regain it you need food. SO, eat only those food which can help you build your strength that is, eat protien rich food or any type of food which supports your energy need and help you to grow muscles. This does not mean that you have to limit your diet whithi eggwhite, steak and brown rice. Make a healthy diet which should include seasonal fruits and vegetables and whole grains, less dairy products and lean protiens etc. Eat regularly and do not skip any meal as this can affect your exercise as you need energy to exercise. You’ll have a better workout when your body is properly fueled, according to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Be independent of processed foods

Do not rely on processed foods as they are very bad for your health. When you know what to eat then it is equally important to know what you should not eat to stay fit. According to a 2011 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, certain types of foods are linked to weight gain, including potato chips, sweetened drinks such as soda and juice and processed meats such as bacon and pepperoni. Do not eat fast food, bread and these type of things when you exercise daily and wanted to get fit quickly. Limit the intake of fat as they are like venom for the body of people who exercise regularly or go to gym.

Doing HIIT regularly will reduce your abdominal fat while retaining your abdominal mass. It is also helpful for your cardiac health as it will make your heart more efficient and make you fast and quick in daily works. The American College of Sports Medicine says you burn 6 to 15 percent more calories those two hours following HIIT.

To build muscle go for the strength training

Doing cardio exercise is good but increasing your strength by building muscles is also equally important. You should increase your exercise time’s length just to increase your limits. Building muscles will make your body to stay in shape and will give you extra strength.
